Richardson Campaign states their position on New Hampshire and beyond

Last week when I posted the New Hampshire filing papers of Governor Richardson's newly incorporated PAC in that state, it caused quite a commotion. Steve Terrell picked it up the next day in the New Mexican as did Heath Haussamen on his blog. Today, Heath posted the Richardson folks position on all the 2008 preparations.
