What would you do with A billion dollars?

If I trusted you with a half a BILLION dollars, would you promise to spend it ethically?

In the next few months, Albuquerque Tax payers will be asked to tax themselves to the tune of a half a billion dollars, to support APS.

The Administration and Board won't promise to spend it ethically.

(Actually, when asked individually if they would be held honestly accountable to the same (ethical) standard of conduct that students enjoy - they each refused to answer.  It is on tape.)

The media knows about this.  So do your city councilors and your legislators.  Every blog or public forum has it.  Everyone knows but the voters.
